Thank you for your suggestion of Total Joint complex for my ankle. I broke my ankle in 2017 and had a hard time walking and after I started with the Totalk Joint Complex I have done great! I have been a personal trainer for 20+ years and have had the opportunity to try many supplements, many supplements that did not do what they say they did.
