I have been using these products since at least 1992. This morning I did an errand before taking product subsequently was 3 hours later than I usually take product. I started out the morning with adequate energy, but when I got home it really started waning quickly. I mixed up Lift and Mind in a 12 ounce glass, drank about a third of it and within a few minutes it was like flicking on the light switch and my usual zest that lasts all day returned! I can't imagine life without Lift and Mind or how people who don't know about it or don't use it get along! They are missing out! It is so important to my life's vitality and daily good living!
