This morning I did an errand before taking product subsequently was 3 hours later than I usually take product.
I started out the morning with adequate energy, but when I got home it really started waning quickly.
I mixed up Lift and Mind in a 12 ounce glass, drank about a third of it and within a few minutes it was like flicking on the light switch and my usual zest that lasts all day returned!
